We get it .. websites can feel like a black box. Here’s where we break things down, clear things up, and answer the stuff you’re probably already wondering.

How does it all work, and what do you need from me?

We start with a quick chat to understand your business, your goals, and what kind of website will actually work for you. Then we design everything in Figma, so you can review and give feedback before anything is built. If you need a logo, we’ll create it using Procreate and Photoshop — all collaborative, no guesswork.

Once the design’s locked in, we build your site in WordPress using Spectra — not Elementor, because we prefer sites that load and don’t break every time you breathe on them.

How long does it take?

Most sites go from “let’s do this” to “holy crap it’s live” within 5–10 working days. We try to move fast, so you’re waiting weeks for someone’s cousin’s mate to send over a font file.

Can I update the site myself?

Absolutely. You’ll have full access and we’ll show you how to make changes yourself. Or, if you’d rather we handle it, we’re happy to take care of small updates for you — whichever works best.

Do you handle maintenance?

Yes, ongoing maintenance is included in your plan. We keep your site secure, updated, and running smoothly. If you prefer to manage it yourself, that’s fine too — we’ll guide you through how to take over.

Are there any hidden costs?

Nope. Everything’s upfront. Your monthly or yearly plan covers hosting, support, basic SEO, small updates, and keeping the whole thing ticking. No surprise bills, no sneaky add-ons.

How much does this whole thing cost?

The design stage is completely free. If you decide to go ahead with the build, you just choose a monthly or yearly plan that covers everything. No contracts, cancel any time.

Can you help me set up email?

Yep, we’ll get you sorted with a proper domain-based email. None of that ‘davesplumbing123@hotmail’, sorry Dave. We’ll set it up through your domain provider and make sure it’s running smooth.

Do you do SEO?

Yep, basic SEO is baked in; meta tags, titles, descriptions, a sitemap, Google Search Console, and your Business Profile. That gets you seen.
